How do I restore my purchase?

If you previously subscribed and don’t see Premium features:

  1. Open ASCND
  2. Go to Profile / Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases
  4. Wait a few seconds and try again

If Premium still doesn’t unlock, email support. If helpful, mention that you’re using the same Apple ID as your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?
